ActharPACT (Patient & Acthar Coaching Team)

Once your patients have been prescribed Acthar Gel as a treatment for their condition, they can choose to enroll in ActharPACT. This is an extensive, no-cost support program designed to help your patients start and continue their treatment.


When a patient signs up for ActharPACT, he or she will get access to a nurse coach who is trained in his or her condition and Acthar Gel treatment. The nurse coach will contact the patient to:

  • Set up a call schedule
  • Talk with the patient about Acthar Gel treatment and any challenges that may come up
  • Answer questions or connect the patient with the right source of information

The nurse coach will keep in touch throughout treatment to help the patient stay motivated and solve problems. Calls can be as frequent or infrequent as the patient wishes, and the service can be canceled anytime.

Upon enrollment in ActharPACT, your patient will also have access to the following tools:

  • Our 24-hour nurse hotline at 1-877-546-PACT (1-877-546-7228)
  • Personalized follow-up materials with useful information about Acthar Gel treatment
